Planning Proposal PP-2014-01 for ‘Parkwood’ be endorsed and forwarded to the Minister for Planning to request a Gateway Determination pursuant to s56 Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979; 2. The Department of Planning & Environment be requested to assist in undertaking Community Consultation and any Public Hearing for the Planning Proposal.
